1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Traeto, users and partners agree to follow these terms, platform policies, privacy requirements, and applicable Indian laws.
2. Platform Role
Traeto is intended to operate as a hyperlocal discovery, storefront, communication, billing-support, and engagement platform. Traeto may help users discover partners, but actual goods, services, pricing, delivery, fulfilment, warranty, and offline transactions are between the user and the respective partner unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. User Features
Users may search offers, view reels, save offers, share offers through WhatsApp, access partner profiles, view social links, download partner-sent bills, and use AI features for discovery and expense insights.
4. Partner Features
Partners may create bills, generate QR codes, send bills, manage storefronts, upload reels, connect social handles, access analytics, receive customer interest details where permitted, and use Traeto AI assistance.
5. Partner Content Responsibility
Partners are responsible for accuracy of business information, prices, offers, product descriptions, GST details, bills, social links, reviews, videos, and uploaded reels. Partners must not upload misleading, illegal, harmful, infringing, or prohibited content.
6. AI Outputs
AI features are provided for assistance and insights. AI responses may be imperfect and should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice. Users and partners should verify important information independently.
7. Billing and Payments
Billing tools, QR generation, and transaction tracking are support features. Traeto does not guarantee payment completion unless integrated with verified payment gateway confirmation. Partners are responsible for tax compliance, GST requirements, invoice correctness, and customer disputes.
8. Subscription and Upload Limits
Partner plan limits, upload quotas, reel limits, feature access, and pricing may vary by plan and may be updated by Traeto. Partners may upgrade plans to extend limits subject to payment and policy.
9. Customer Leads and Consent
Customer contact details may be shared with partners only as per platform policy, user consent, and applicable privacy law. Partners must not misuse customer data or send spam.
10. Account Suspension
Traeto may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts or content that violate policy, create safety risk, mislead users, or harm platform trust.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traeto is not liable for indirect losses, partner service quality, offline disputes, inaccurate partner claims, third-party platform failures, or user decisions based on AI suggestions.
